1. How can I place an order on NILAAS?

You can visit nilaas.in, browse your preferred products, select the size and quantity, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout by entering your delivery and payment details.

2. Will I receive order confirmation?

Yes. After placing your order successfully, you may receive confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or website notification with your order details.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation may be possible before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be available. After delivery, eligible products may be returned as per our return policy.

4. What payment methods are available?

Available payment options may include UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery, depending on availability at checkout.

5. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders. If COD is available for your delivery address, it will be shown during checkout.

6. What should I do if my payment fails but money is deducted?

If payment fails but the amount is deducted, please wait for the bank or payment provider to process the reversal. If the amount is not refunded within the bank’s standard timeline, contact our support team with your payment details.

7. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and other external factors. Estimated delivery details may be shown during checkout or shared after dispatch.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your account order page, depending on the available shipping update method.

9. What if my delivery is delayed?

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

10. Can I return a product?

Yes, eligible products can be returned only if the return request is raised within 2 calendar days from the date of successful delivery and the product meets all return conditions.

11. What are the return conditions?

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with original packaging, invoice, labels, accessories, and the original NILAAS Brand Tag attached.

12. What if the NILAAS Brand Tag is removed or damaged?

If the NILAAS Brand Tag is removed, damaged, cut, torn, missing, or altered, the product will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

13. When will my refund process start?

Refund processing will start only after the returned product is received by NILAAS and verified by our quality inspection team. Refunds will not be processed before product verification is completed.

14. How long will it take to receive my refund amount?

Once the return is approved and the refund is initiated, it may take approximately 5 to 12 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI, wallet, or payment provider.

15. What happens if the returned product fails verification?

If the returned product is used, washed, damaged, altered, or does not match the return conditions, the refund request will be cancelled. The product will be returned back to the customer and no refund will be issued.

16. What happens if the Brand Tag is removed after delivery?

If the original NILAAS Brand Tag is removed, damaged, cut, torn, missing, or altered after delivery, the return or refund request will be rejected. The product will be shipped back to the customer.

17. Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges may be available depending on product and size availability. The product must meet all return conditions, including the original Brand Tag being attached and undamaged.

18. How do I choose the correct size?

Please check the size chart available on the product page before placing your order. Since fit preferences may vary, we recommend comparing the size chart with your body measurements.

19. Will the product color be exactly the same as shown?

We try to display product colors accurately, but slight color differences may occur due to screen brightness, device display settings, photography lighting, and fabric finishing.

20. How should I care for NILAAS products?

Please follow the care instructions mentioned on the product label. For most fashion products, gentle washing, mild detergent, drying in shade, and avoiding harsh chemicals are recommended.

Important: Return requests must be raised within 2 calendar days of delivery. Refund processing starts only after the returned product is received and verified by the NILAAS quality team. Approved refunds may take 5 to 12 business days to reflect in the original payment method.

Products with removed, damaged, cut, torn, missing, or altered NILAAS Brand Tags will not be accepted for return, exchange, or refund. If the return is rejected, the product will be returned back to the customer.
